SUMMARY:Tickets SCHULBAU 2024 Berlin
DESCRIPTION:Get tickets\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The SCHULBAU Salon & Messe in the capital will be the crowning finale from 27 to 28 November. New construction\, refurbishment\, remodelling or expansion are key instruments of the Berlin School Construction Offensive (BSO). This will significantly improve the city’s school infrastructure and create sufficient school places in the capital city of Berlin. \nThe Berlin school construction offensive is the largest investment project in the capital in the last and current legislative period. The aim is to further reduce the backlog of school renovations and build new schools for the growing city. With the start of the school construction campaign in 2016\, the goal was set to invest more than 550 million euros per year in Berlin schools in the medium term. Since 2016\, spending has risen continuously and since 2021\, the sub-target has been achieved with spending of over 654 million euros. \nIn summer 2021\, the Senate decided to provide as much as 700 million euros per year for school construction and maintenance in the future. Join us\, find out more and help shape and network for the future!

SUMMARY:Tickets SCHULBAU 2024 Köln
DESCRIPTION:Get tickets\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Cologne will be further strengthened as a location for education: Lord Mayor Henriette Reker has signed a draft resolution that includes the largest school construction programme in the history of the city of Cologne. Using the faster route of commissioning general or total contractors\, 48 individual projects with a total volume of around 1.7 billion euros are to be launched. 24 existing schools and the new construction of two comprehensive schools (Im Hasental in Cologne-Deutz and Fitzmauricestraße comprehensive school in Cologne-Ossendorf) are to be realised as quickly as possible. We are therefore looking forward to hosting the SCHULBAU Salon & Trade Fair in Cologne from 25 to 26 September. The networking venue will be the Palladium. \nMore than 13\,000 pupils will benefit from the investments. The 48 school construction measures include new buildings\, extensions\, general refurbishments and the construction of interim buildings. This school construction programme is the second of its kind. School construction projects worth 520 million euros are already being implemented in a first programme via the commissioning of general or total contractors to accelerate school construction. All measures are to be realised by the end of 2027. You can find an up-to-date overview of the current construction projects at municipal schools HERE. \nWith this in mind\, we are looking forward to some great networking at the SCHULBAU Salon & Trade Fair on 25 and 26 September in Cologne at the Palladium. We hope that the event will create an even broader and at the same time closer network of opportunities for cooperation for all those interested and involved in SCHULBAU in Cologne and throughout North Rhine-Westphalia. \nThe two-day trade fair programme includes top-class panel discussions\, many exciting and inspiring presentations\, including from international experts\, and on DAY 2 in the afternoon\, an excursion will take interested participants to a selected school project with an exclusive tour.

SUMMARY:Tickets SCHULBAU 2024 Stuttgart
DESCRIPTION:Get tickets\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n In February 2024\, it’s time again in Stuttgart: The SCHULBAU trade fair will present numerous school construction manufacturers and an exciting program of speakers on 28 and 29 February in the Carl Benz Arena. Architects and associations will come together to exchange ideas and learn about new innovations. In panel discussions and specialist presentations\, architects and specialist planners\, school administrators\, representatives of authorities and institutions\, investors and building contractors will exchange views on forward-looking topics. All discussions and presentations will focus on innovative trends and requirements for energy-conscious management and construction. \nStuttgart had a total of 74\,408 pupils at 159 schools in the 2021/2022 school year. The state capital offers a diverse range of school types in both public and private sponsorship. These are constantly changing: Werkrealschulen have been closed and the new type of school\, the Gemeinschaftsschule\, is being introduced. There were more than 168 properties at the end of 2021. Five new schools were built and opened in 2021. School construction and renovation projects in Baden-Württemberg received a total of more than 206 million euros in funding in 2021 and 208 million euros in 2022. Stuttgart received more than 90 million euros of this in 2021 for 86 applications considered and 77\,950 million euros in 2022 for 73 applications considered. All-day facilities were expanded. \nThe city is planning new buildings and investing in the renovation of schools with a view to protecting listed buildings. Criticism from school principals is directed at the refurbishment backlog and the backlog in digitalization at Stuttgart schools. This is where the school construction family needs to get to work. \nThe NeckarPark education building\, which is due to be completed by 2025\, is the largest single construction project at around 93 million euros and includes an all-day school\, a two-field sports hall\, a daycare center and an adult education center. \nThe listed Altenburg School at the Reiterhofkaserne site in Bad Cannstatt is also to be renovated and restructured by 2025. An investment of 35 million euros is planned for this. \nSCHULBAU Messe 2024 in Stuttgart will highlight further focal points and plans for new buildings\, sustainability\, renovations and all-day schools and build bridges between decision-makers\, architects\, planners and building contractors.
